The Survivor alum turned entrepreneur Mikey Bortone has always loved coconut water– but it wasn’t until after the show that he had a newfound appreciation for this mixer. It became his staple go-to item when he landed back on California soil. Hanging out with his hometown buddies one day, he decided to throw coconut water into his whiskey to spice things up– and it was then that the magic was made. By blending the trusty coconut water with his favorite spirit, an extraordinary pairing was born.
At this moment Mikey discovered the perfect blend of smooth American distilled whiskey and refreshing coconut water that created a symphony of flavor that transported him to an island paradise with just one sip. He knew he had created something special—a drink that brought the refreshing essence of a tropical getaway to his home in Los Angeles.
Together with his longtime friends Steve and Mark, and some other really smart people, they’ve grown Watertown Whiskey into a one of a kind vacation in a bottle that you absolutely need to try to believe.

Anchor the Boat & Pour the Drinks
Watertown Whiskey has turned the tides on the classic golden elixir by carefully infusing it with the cool and tropical coconut flavor. Follow any of these recipes to prove that you know your way behind the bar best.
whiskey colada
2 oz. Watertown Whiskey
2 oz. Coconut water.
2 oz. Pineapple juice.
Squeeze of lemon or Lime.
Optional: 1 oz. Malibu rum
Fill a shaker with 1 cup ice and add all cocktail ingredients
Cover and shake antil well chilled, 10-15 seconds
Strain into a chilled hurricane glass and garnish with pineapple wedge and a tiny umbrella
Drink with friends, and then make another one
