Menu Description

A tropical twist on the classic mule. Our coconut whiskey shines with zesty lime and spicy ginger beer, creating a cocktail that’s bright, fizzy, and endlessly refreshing.

Ingredients

2 oz Watertown Whiskey

1⁄2 oz of Triple Sec

2 oz of Coconut Water

2 oz of pineapple

2 dashes of Orange Bitters

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake well until chilled and frothy.
Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge or orange twist.

Tips

Can adjust ratios as you like.

Optional:

You can substitute 2 oz of orange juice with either coconut water or pineapple juice.
2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
