Menu Description

Cool, creamy coconut meets bright mint and lime for the ultimate refresh. A bubbly splash that tastes like summer on tap. A splash of paradise.

Ingredients

➢ 2 oz Watertown Whiskey
➢ 1 oz Coconut Purée
➢ 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
➢ 0.5 oz Agave
➢ 4–5 Fresh Mint Leaves
➢ Splash of Soda Water

Instructions

In a shaker, muddle mint gently with lime juice and agave.
Add coconut purée, Watertown Whiskey, and ice. Shake well.
Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice.
Top with a splash of soda water.

Tips

Garnish with Lime Wheel with an optional mint sprig.
