Ingredients

2 oz Watertown Whiskey

1⁄2 oz Amontillado sherry

1⁄4 oz ginger liqueur

2 orange slices

1 sugar cube (or 1⁄2 tsp sugar)

Instructions

Muddle orange slices and sugar in a mixing glass to release the oils and juices.
Add Watertown Whiskey, sherry, and ginger liqueur.
Fill with ice and stir until chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

Tips

Express and garnish with a flamed orange peel for a brûlé effect.
